Tufcote Hydro LV PR Primer is an industrial maintenance coating formulated at 0.8 lbs/gal (100 g/l) VOC to meet the requirements of SCAQMD Rule 1113 for the category of Industrial Maintenance Coatings. Tufcote Hydro LV PR Primer is a waterborne rust-inhibitive primer that will go over most firm surfaces. It is a high quality, versatile primer formulated for long-term protection. It may be applied by brush, roller or spray application.
